Apartment info: The apartment is very spacious, with approximately 96.5 m^2 in total. It includes 3 furnished bedrooms, a big bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a small guest bathroom, a big kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and everything else you might need, also a big living room(with a sofa we got recently). The building is 4 floors, and the apartment is in the last one.

One bedroom is already rented out, and there is two other bedrooms for rent, the smaller bedroom is available ASAP until the end of August, and the bigger bedroom is available for long term, starting from March.

Location: The nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes away and it is 1 stop away from the central station (Centrala stacija), where Origo shopping mall is located. At the central station you can get the majority of the buses, and its 9 min walk away from old town, nearest shops, gym and the train station. The shopping possibilities are also perfect, with the nearest shop just down the street (Maxima and Rimi super). Bigger shops like Lidl and Depo are only 8-9 min walk away.

You would be living with me, Mateo, 23 yo. I am from Colombia and I just finished my studies and currently working. For the next 2 months my girlfriend, Lara, 26 yo, who is from Hamburg, Germany will be staying with me in my room. She is writing her masters thesis. The other flatmate you would live with, is Matias, 25 yo. He is moving back in September to the small room. He is from Lisbon, Portugal, and is studying medicine at RSU. Both him and me have been living in Riga for around 3 years now, so we can help you adapt easily :)

We are all good friends and like to do spend time together. We regularly go and play football or paddle together. We also love to play board games and often watch movies together in the living room on a projector we have. Of course you will be always more than welcome to join us, but of course if you need some space and time alone, we also respect that.
