The room is around 14 m² big and the monthly rent is 430€. The apartment itself has bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, a kitchen and a living room. This apartment is also shared with me. So, there will live a total of two people.
There are several grocery stores in about 5-10 minutes walking distance. The train station is 5 minutes by walk, which will take you to the campus Hannover Linden within 5 minutes, as well as Hannover central station within 15 minutes. There is also a tram station 10 minutes by walk, which will take you to the central station within 25 minutes.
There are only three flats in the building, which are mainly occupied by exchange students.
Shortly to my person, I am 26 years old and mechanical engineering student at the HSH. Currently I am making an exchange semester in South Korea and my hobbies are travelling, video games and I also hit the gym sometimes.
The following rooms are shared between all residents: a laundry room with a washing machine, a room for hanging up laundry, a garage for storing bicycles, (you have to get one bicycle for yourself, but I'm happy to help) and a garden with a terrace.
