Die schön geschnittene Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und TV. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet und wir haben 2 Badezimmer, eins davon mit Badewanne.
Der große Balkon bietet einen tollen Ausblick und genug Platz fürs Zusammensitzen.
Das Zimmer ist schön hell durch ein großes Fenster. Es hat zwar nur 10qm, aber man kann super mit der Höhe der Decken arbeiten.
Die Lage der WG ist zentral und Rosdorf. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Ärzte, Apotheken und Postamt. In der Nähe ist der wunderschöne Rosdorfer See.
Wir sind eine gemischte Wg, die gern zusammen sitzen und verschiede Aktivitäten wie kochen, Filme schauen, Schwimmen gehen und auch gern mal Feiern, aber auch dein Freiraum wird akzeptiert. Wir haben 2 kleine Katzen und einen Hund, also solltest du eine gewisse Tierliebe mitbringen.
