Hey, mein Name ist André und ich ziehe am 01.08 aus. Ich suche einen Nachmieter für unsere Jungs WG, beide Mitbewohner sind super sympathisch und man kann sich gut mit ihnen Austauschen. Ich vermerke es noch einmal extra... Gesucht ist ein Junge, weil das meines Erachtens und nach Absprache mit beiden Mitbewohnern am harmonischsten ist.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Inn gelegen und ihr seit nach nur 15 min zu Fußmarsch direkt in der Stadt. Des Weiteren habt ihr einen Balkon mit Bergblick und drei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 400-500 Metern. Die Hochschule ist mit dem Rad nur 8-10 min entfernt. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert ggf. müsst ihr euer Bett und einen Schrank mitbringen.
Es gibt einen WG- Kühlschrank, ihr habt aber noch einen eigenen extra bei euch im Zimmer.

Für die Sachen, welche sich im Zimmer befinden, wird eine Ablöse verlangt.
