in our wonderful 4th Wg a room is free from 01.07. Your room is a nice 20m2 large room ☀️🌆

The rent is 400€ hot (i.e. electricity, water, Wlan, GEZ is already included in the price). The deposit for the room is 338€.
In addition, a proceed of €200 is incurred for purchases within the Wg.

*Location*:
Our Wg is located in the heart of Rosenheim, right at the Salzstadel 🤗. In a few minutes you are at the supermarket, downtown, at the bus station and the train station is also not far away. After a fun bar evening you can fall directly into bed, as all bars and restaurants are just steps away. If you have a car, you can park it in one of the many side streets.

*Flatshare Type*:
Our Wg currently consists of Amalie (26), Raphi (27) and Teresa (29). We are a colorful mix that comes out super with each other :) A spontaneous chat and a meeting in the kitchen :) just as we like to sit on a beer or wine or do something together. But just as we all spend our time for us. Everyone has its process and then withdraws when he/she wants it. So open or closed doors depending on mood 🤗✨
You should be open and life-loving and want to insert yourself into the Wg life, as we are no purpose Wg. Sunday evening is occasional, common pizza dinner. If you look at us in the Wg, please contact us and we can do something for a joint meeting 🙌🏼.

Unsere Wg liegt im Herzen Rosenheims, direkt am Salzstadel 🤗. In wenigen Minuten bist du am Supermarkt, in der Innenstadt, am Busbahnhof und der Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Nach einem lustigen Barabend kannst du direkt ins Bett fallen, denn auch sämtliche Bars und Restaurants befinden sich nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wenn du ein Auto hast, kannst du dieses in einer der vielen Seitenstraßen parken.

*Flatshare Type*:
Unsere Wg besteht aktuell aus Amalie (26), Raphi (27) und Teresa (29). Wir sind eine bunte Mischung die super miteinander auskommt :) Gerne entsteht ein spontaner Plausch und ein Treffen in der Küche :) genau so gerne sitzen wir mal auf ein Bier oder Wein zusammen oder unternehmen etwas zusammen. Aber ebenso verbringen wir jeder unsere Zeit für uns. Jeder hat seinen Ablauf und zieht sich dann zurück, wann er/sie das möchte. Also offene oder geschlossene Türe je nach Stimmung 🤗✨
Du solltest offen und lebenslustig sein und dich in das Wg Leben einfügen wollen, da wir keine Zweck Wg sind. Sonntags Abends ist gelegentlich, gemeinsames Pizzaessen. Wenn du dich bei uns in der Wg siehst, dann melde dich gerne bei uns und wir können etwas ausmachen für ein gemeinsames Treffen 🙌🏼.
