Ich suche eine WG für mein Master

Hallo!

Ich bin Ádám Schäffer aus Ungarn, ein 24 Jahren alt Ingenieur Studente. Ab März ich werde meine Masterstudium an der TH beginnen, deshalb suche ich eine WG. Entschuldigung, aber mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut und ich werde auf Englisch weitergehen.

So, as you can see I can speak a little bit of German and planning to improve on it while living in Germany. What I am looking for is a WG around 400€ and it is an extra if it's close to the Kletterhalle/Stuntwerk ;)
I like if things are clean and in order around me, so I hope my flatmates are like-minded. Also I don't smoke, and usually don't drink but it's hard to say no to a good beer sometimes. My hobbies are climbing, mountaineering and hiking. Lately I enjoy climbing the most, so it takes up most of my free time. I cook nearly every day, so I love a good kitchen!
Currently I'm working as an engineer in the Netherlands and planning to work something in Rosenheim next to my studies too.
