Das Zimmer ist zwar relativ klein und im 4. Stock, dafür aber super gelegen und recht günstig. Es liegt im obersten Stockwerk, das heißt es hat eine Dachschräge. Außerdem hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt auf einen Seite und auf die Warnow auf der anderen.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Paar Minuten von Volkstheater Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt, und genau in der Stadtmitte. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind zahlreiche Restaurants, Lidl, REWE, Netto und auch das Flussufer.
Helge und ich sind beide Studierenden bei der Hochschule für Musik und Theater, und Kollegen. Allerdings sind wir wegen Studiums und Berufs oft nicht zuhause. Helge ist auch neu in der WG und wir möchten eine freundliche und vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre haben. Es wäre toll, wenn du auch Musikstudent*in bist, dann hätten wir natürlich mehr Gesprächsstoff, aber ist nicht wichtig so lange es gut zwischen uns passt!
Es gibt auch einen Abstellraum und Fahrradkeller.
