Dreamy room in the heart of KTV Traumhaftes Zimmer im Herzen der KTV

Our WG is located in the Kröpeliner Tor Vorstadt (KTV). The life of Rostock takes place in KTV. Here are many cafes, bars, small shops and there are probably many of the people you will get to know or already know.

Close to the run is the Lindenpark, where you can go jogging and walking or just sit in the shade of the trees to relax. Although our balconies are also perfect for this.

For students, the Ulmencampus is a stone's throw away, as is the legendary Ulmenmensa, where there is even pizza.

Supermarkets are also within walking distance. Depending on your preferences: Edeka, Penny and Rewe.

Five minutes away is the S-Bhf Parkstraße, from which it goes very quickly to Warnemünde to the beach (very important for the summer!).

Unsere WG liegt in der Kröpeliner Tor Vorstadt (KTV). In der KTV findet das Leben Rostocks statt. Hier sind viele Cafés, Bars, kleine Läden und es wohnen hier vermutlich auch viele der Leute, die du kennenlernen wirst oder auch schon kennst.

In Laufnähe liegt der Lindenpark, wo man gut joggen und spazieren gehen kann oder sich einfach zum Entspannen in den Schatten der Bäume setzen kann. Obwohl dafür natürlich auch unsere Balkone perfekt sind.

Für Studierende liegt der Ulmencampus einen Steinwurf entfernt, ebenso wie die sagenumwobene Ulmenmensa, in der es sogar Pizza gibt.

Supermärkte sind auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Je nach Belieben: Edeka, Penny und Rewe.

Fünf Minuten entfernt liegt der S-Bhf Parkstraße, von dem aus es sehr schnell nach Warnemünde zum Strand geht (gerade für den Sommer sehr wichtig!!).

We are both very open people and maintain an appreciation and open exchange. What is important for us is a constant communication so that there is not even greater complications.
Therefore we are also happy about the one or other conversation, sometimes between the door and the Angel, sometimes cozy on the balcony and are for a lively and fun handling to have. Of course, we also respect the resting pauses and retreating moments.

Thea has been living here since the beginning of the year and is in the middle of the Referendariat. It is very diligent and motivated to correct teaching plans and tests. At home she not only radiates a lot of joy of life, but also almost always has an open ear for others. In leisure, Thea is a lot with friends: both on the go and enjoys musical passion in choir and band projects. She is always happy to be there with a common coffee slipper or a cozy evening party on the balcony.

I (Jules) just moved in and look forward to the new, really beautiful apartment. I've been studying acting at HMT Rostock for a year and I've been burning for it. For me, an open approach in a suitable home is very important and I am happy to be there with cooking dinners and balcony bath. Otherwise, I like to spend time with people from my studies or friend. I am always open to new artistic or sporting experiences. I eat vegetarian and try to live as environmentally conscious as possible. Since I'm Queer, I'd be very important that you're open and tolerant.


We both want a lively coexistence, we like to cook together or enjoy the one or other drink.
If you think cleanliness is important, you're right with us. We want to make sure everyone can feel comfortable together.

So if you want to spend time with us and not just live together.

Wir sind beide sehr offene Personen und pflegen einen wertschätzenden und offenen Austausch. Wichtig für uns ist eine stete Kommunikation, damit es gar nicht erst zu größeren Komplikationen kommt.
Daher freuen wir uns auch über das ein oder andere Gespräch, mal zwischen Tür und Angel, mal gemütlich auf dem Balkon und sind für einen lebhaften und lustigen Umgang zu haben. Selbstverständlich respektieren wir auch gegenseitig die Ruhepausen und Rückzugsmomente.

Thea wohnt seit Anfang des Jahres hier und steckt gerade mitten im Referendariat. Sie ist sehr fleißig und motiviert am Unterricht-Planen und Tests korrigieren. Zuhause strahlt sie nicht nur viel Lebensfreude aus, sondern hat auch fast immer ein offenes Ohr für andere. In der Freizeit ist Thea viel mit Freund:innen unterwegs und lebt sich musikalisch leidenschaftlich gern in Chor- und Band-Projekten aus. Bei einem gemeinsamen Kaffeeklatsch oder gemütlichen abendlichen Beisammensein auf dem Balkon ist sie immer gerne dabei.

Ich (Jules) bin gerade neu eingezogen und freue mich total auf die neue, wirklich schöne Wohnung. Ich studiere seit einem Jahr Schauspiel an der HMT Rostock und brenne sehr dafür. Für mich ist ein offener Umgang im eignen Zuhause sehr wichtig und ich bin bei Kochabenden und Balkontratsch gerne dabei. Ansonsten verbringe ich auch gerne mit Leuten aus dem Studium oder meinem Freund Zeit. Ich bin immer offen für neue künstlerische oder sportliche Erfahrungen. Ich ernähre mich vegetarisch und versuche möglichst umweltbewusst zu leben. Da ich Queer bin, wäre mir sehr wichtig, dass du offen und tolerant bist.


Wir haben beide Lust auf ein lebhaftes Miteinander, wir kochen gerne gemeinsam oder genießen mal das ein oder andere Getränk.
Wenn du Sauberkeit auch für wichtig hältst, bist du bei uns richtig. Wir wollen gemeinsam dafür sorgen, dass sich alle wohlfühlen können.

Also melde dich gerne, wenn du auch Lust hast mit uns Zeit zu verbringen und nicht nur zusammen wohnen möchtest.

Officially, the room will be released on May 1st. But we are basically open to you to talk about when it fits.
