Hi, ich bin Amelie (24) und ich biete ab sofort für knapp 1½ Monate mein großes, schönes WG Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster und ist vollständig möbliert mit einem großen Hochbett, Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch und Schränken (wie auf den Bildern).
Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, in dem nochmal ein Sofa, ein Fernseher und ein Esstisch stehen. Die Küche ist groß genug zum gemeinsamen Kochen und im Bad steht eine Waschmaschine.
Internet, GEZ und Strom ist alles mit dabei.

Die Wohnung liegt in der KTV und damit mitten im Studierendenviertel. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Volkstheater läuft man keine 5 Minuten und genauso schnell ist man an der Warnow und am Stadthafen. Auch sonst sind die Entfernungen in Rostock alle nicht groß und mit dem Fahrrad kommt man überall schnell hin. Ich finde, das hier ist eine der besten Lagen, um in Rostock zu wohnen :)

Du wirst mit Delphine und Kristina zusammenleben. Beide studieren hier in Rostock. Es ist ein entspanntes Miteinander und in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer kann man sich gut und gerne mal für länger verquatschen.
