Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 m² groß und liegt im zweiten von drei WG-Stockwerken neben der Küche. Die Möbel bleiben ungefähr so wie auf den Fotos, nur die Klamotten verschwinden natürlich. Die Instrumente können gerne genutzt werden =)
Es gibt einen Zugang auf einen (von zwei) Balkonen (den Abendbalkon, weil da die Sonne untergeht), der allerdings allen Mitbewohnis offensteht - das Zimmer ist also zumindest teilweise irgendwie ein Durchgangszimmer. Bei Prüfungszeit, Partner*In zu Besuch, Krankheit, ... kann deine Tür natürlich problemlos zubleiben, aber an und für sich sollte der Balkon allen offen stehen. Den besten Zugang zum Balkon hast natürlich trotzdem du ;).
Die Zwischenmiete kostet 380 Euro/Monat. Ich suche natürlich nach Personen, die idealerweise den gesamten Zeitraum da sind, aber über ein späterer Start oder ein früheres gehen könnten wir auch reden :) Außerdem müssen meine Pflanzen gepflegt werden. Sie sind zwar Kummer gewöhnt, aber ein bisschen Wasser brauchen sie trotzdem.

The room is ca. 25m² and on the third floor. The flat stretches over three floors, your room would be on the middle floor. The room is furnished, only my cloths will disappear :) The instruments will stay and are happy to be played :)
The room has a direct entrance to one of the two balconies. This is on the one hand great because you have an awesome room, but since this everyone will use the balcony, your room-mates will need to walk through your room to get to the balcony... But if for any reason you need me-time your door can definitely remain closed.
The rent would be 380€/month if you can't be here for the whole time I'm sure we'll find a solution :)
Die WG ist sehr zentral gelegen. Verschieden Supermärkte sind in wenigne Minuten zu Fuß zuerreichen. Die Haupteinkausstraße sowie Rathaus sind max 5min zu Fuß. Straßenbahnhaltestellen sin ebenfalls in wenigen minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (obwohl ich empfehlen würde mit dem Fahrrad unterwgs zu sein).

Wir sind ein bunter Haufen Berufstätigen und Studies/Azubis bestehnd aus Naia, Paloma, Miri, Lotte, Adi (auch Zwischenmiete) und vielleicht Dir?
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr gesellig, wir sitzen oft zusammen, kochen, quatschen, spielen und wir suchen wen der Bock auf Gemeinschaft hat :)Es gibt zwei Balkone und eine große Wohnküche. Lebensmittel werden gemeinschaftlich gekauft und geteilt. Aber es gibt sowohl im Kühlschrank als auch in der Küche einen "safe-Space" wenn Du einmal etwas nicht teilen magst. Wochentags wird es gegen 22:00 oft ruhig, da einige früh raus müssen, am Wochenende wird gerne, von allen die Zeit haben, zusammen gemütlich gefrühstückt, wenn es das Wetter erlaubt auf dem Balkon (mit Warnow-Blick).
In der WG wird aktuell Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen.

We are mix of working people and students/apprentices with Naia, Paloma, Miri, Lotte, Adi (also subrent) and maybe you?
Our shared flat is very sociable, we often sit together, cook, chat, play board games and we are looking for someone wanting that as well :) There are two balconies and a large cosy kitchen. We share all our food. We have one fridge were all stuff is inside. if you by some food you don't want to share there is a "safe space" in the fridge as well as in the kitchen for that. On weekdays it often gets quiet around 22:00, as some people have to get up early, but at the weekend everyone who has time enjoys a leisurely breakfast together, if the weather permits on the balcony (with a view of the Warnow).
Spanish, English and German are currently spoken in the flat :)
