This room is the biggest bedroom in the flat, it has 3 windows and a private balcony.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a big hallway.
The living room is a 35m2 shared open plan living room and dining space for us to eat together, chilling with friends or watching tv :)

In the kitchen we have everything we need including a dishwasher, 2 fridges, oven, stove and a microwave.

The price 560€ includes all the expenses (rent, gas, water, electricity, WiFi and radio taxes).

The room is available from 01.05 however it is possible to enter before.

The location is very central, with max 8 minutes to a tram or train staition.
There is a supermarket 2 minutes away (penny, edeka).
The flat is close to the park, the gym and KTV center.

Almog (she/her) is 23yo from Israel, working as a Dancer in the Volkstheater Rostock.
She really likes to cook and listening to music. She loves to be with people and spending quality time with them.

Gianmaria (he/him) is 28yo and he’s also an italian dancer working in the dance company here in Rostock.
He really likes to chill around and is always ready to share a nice bottle of wine. He likes to train and go to the gym. He likes to go to the beach in summer and he’s always ready for new activites.

We love to spend time together, share dinners and hanging out. We like a good energy and harmony within our home :)
