WIR SUCHEN MENSCHEN, DIE LÄNGERFRISTIG BEI UNS BLEIBEN MÖCHTEN. MINDESTENS 1,5 JAHRE UND MEHR
da unser geliebtes Paar nun leider die Stadt wechselt und wir das eine Zimmer schon vergeben haben, suchen wir nun alle zusammen dich für unser freies Zimmer.
Gemeinsam leben wir im Bahnhofsviertel in einer alten, teilsanierten Villa.
Wir, das sind Nadja, Basti, Sophie und Jule (zwischen 30 und 40 Jahre alt) und Bandi (2 Jahre alt)
Bandi ist Nadjas Mischlingshündin, die nun schon seit fast 2 Jahren bei uns lebt und wir alle sehr lieben. Nadja kümmert sich hauptsächlich, wenn sie mal Termine hat, springen wir gerne ein. Ist aber absolut kein Muss.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß mit einem Dielenfußboden und Kohleofen.
Weil die Wohnung hohe Decken hat, kann es im Winter recht kalt werden, aber wir haben eine Heizung und dein Zimmer sogar einen Kohleofen, der zusätzlich genutzt werden kann.
Hinterm Haus befindet sich ein großer Garten, den wir momentan vor allem zum Grillen und gemütlichen Beisammensein nutzen. Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit Obst zu ernten und Gemüse und Kräuter anzupflanzen. Wir teilen ihn uns mit den Nachbarn im Haus.
Außerdem leben und lieben wir unseren Küchenkommunismus, gemeinsame Unternehmungen und lange intensive Frühstücke mit zapatistischem Kaffee und Kräutertee.
Einiges unseres Essens kaufen wir im MiLa (Mitgliederladen, ein schöner Bioladen in Rostock) und anderen lokalen Produzent*innen. Und Kinder-Maxi-King ist auch sehr beliebt;)
Da wir arbeiten oder uns in der Endphase des Studiums befinden, beschränkt sich das gemeinsame Zusammensein vor allem auf die Abende, aber einige von uns haben auch flexible Arbeitszeiten und immer mal unter Woche tagsüber zu Hause anzutreffen und natürlich bieten die Wochenenden Möglichkeiten für tolle Morgenmomente und schöne Nachmittage im Garten.
Nachhaltigkeit und Offenheit zu allen Menschen unabhängig von Geschlecht, Sexualität, Hautfarbe, Nationalität, Religion und Kultur sind uns wichtig. Außerdem kommen immer wieder Freunde aus Rostock, anderen Städten oder aus der ganzen Welt zu Besuch und sind sehr willkommen.
Natürlich bietet dein eigenes Zimmer, immer eine Möglichkeit, dich zurückziehen und dir Zeit für dich zu nehmen.
Wie du merkst, lieben wir Gemeinschaft und freuen uns, wenn du Teil davon wirst.

Since our beloved couple is unfortunately moving to a different city and we have already given away one of the rooms, we are now all looking for you for our free room.
We live in an old, partially renovated building near Rostock's main station.
We are Nadja, Basti, Sophie und Jule (between 30 and 40 years old) and Bandi (2 years old).
Bandi is Nadja's mixed breed dog who has been living with us for almost two years now and who we all love very much. Nadja is the one who takes care of her, and when she has appointments we are happy to step in. But it is absolutely not a must.
Your room is approx. 20 m² with floorboards. Since the entire apartment has high ceilings, it is quite cool in winter, but there are heaters and in some rooms even tiled stoves. Behind the house is a large garden, which we use not only for barbecues and cozy get-togethers, but also to plant fruit, vegetables and a lot of herbs.
We also love and live our kitchen communism, joint activities and long intensive breakfasts with Zapatista coffee or herbal tea. We get a lot of our food from the MiLa (Mitgliederladen - an organic foods store in Rostock) or from other local and alternative sources. Since we are all working or are at the end of studies, the hours we spend together are often in the evening, but sometimes flexible working hours or weekends also provide opportunities for nice morning moments together or afternoons in the garden.
Ecologically sustainable thinking and openness to all people are important to us, regardless of gender, sexuality, skin color, nationality, religion and culture. This also means that friends from Rostock, other cities, or from all over the world visit us and are very welcome. Your own room always offers a wonderful retreat for the time you need for yourself.
As you may have noticed, we like fellowship and look forward to you becoming a part of our community.
