Das Zimmer ist mit 10qm nicht sehr groß, dafür haben wir ein schönes geteiltes Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist recht modern und der Flur geräumig. Insgesamt finde ich das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis super.
Lage ist direkt in der Altstadt, gegenüber von der Musikhochschule.
Ich bin selber ca. jede 3. Woche in Berlin und insgesamt recht viel unterwegs. Wenn ich da bin, bin ich offen für gemeinsames Kochen, Essen, Bierchen und allgemeines WG leben.
Die Wohnung kann warscheinlich im Sommer 25, spätestens im Sommer 26 komplett übernommen werden.
