An apartment with 5 rooms, a common kitchen and a common washroom located on the first floor. The rent includes electricity, heating and water costs. The room consists of a big window, big table, chair, mirror, cupboards, racks, almirah, a wash basin and 2 chairs that I would like to giveaway for free. The kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, a microwave, and an oven. A washing machine is available in the basement and can be accessed by paying a small amount. Internet can be shared with the neighbours or a new contract can be created

The location is very close to Saarland University. The university can be reached within 5-7 minutes via 3 nearby bus stops and by foot within 15-20 minutes. All the markets like Netto, Rossmann, Woolworth, Tedi are close to the location.

The flatmates are all university students, quite friendly and ready to help. The flatmates also sometimes cook together and have good conversations.
