The room is  fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, study table and chair. There is a large window and balcony (shared among 2).  Therefore, the room is very bright.
There is a kitchen (including a stove, oven, microwave, big refrigerator etc.); Two toilets (separate for men and women) and a separate bathroom.
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement ( working with coins).

Rent 380€ per month includes charges for electricity, water, heating, waste, etc.  The common zones (the floor of the kitchen, the floor of WC and the corridor) are cleaned by the management weekly. This cleaning service is included.

The lease has a min. rental period of 6 months
 

There are three bus stops around the bilding. About 2 to 5 minutes you can reach the bus stop. In 10 minutes by bus to university. It also takes around 20 minutes by bus to Saarbrücken main station or city. 10 minutes by walk to Dudweiler Markt, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, supermakt nearby.

All roommates are studying at university. They are very nice and helpful.
They share Internet and radio tax. Together cost you about 10€ per month.
