The room is very bright. It is fully furnished and ready to move in.

The apartment is located in city center (St. Johann) near supermarkets - Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Netto, Edeka; and public transport: tram, bus, train. The trip to the university (UdS/HTW) usually takes 20 minutes, as there are buses every 10 minutes. Despite the central location, the neighborhood is pretty quiet, especially at night and on weekends.

In the house there is also a bicycle cellar and a small elevator. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is good enough for the four of us.

The house is relatively newly built. The floors are smooth and clean, the windows are well insulated and the heating works well. The water heating is central (inside for the whole house), so the water is always warm and you do not have to wait after someone has taken a shower.

The rent basically includes everything: the room, heating, electricity, internet, TV tax. We have everything needed for cooking, including oven and microwave, also refrigerator and freezer. The washing machine is in the apartment, but there is also one in the house in the attic.

There is no common room in the apartment, but sometimes we like to talk in the kitchen or do something together (go out, watch a movie or play board games).

Im Haus gibt es auch einen Fahrradkeller und einen kleinen Aufzug. Das Bad und die Toilette sind getrennt, was für uns vier gut genug ist.

Das Haus ist relativ neu gebaut. Die Böden sind eben und sauber, die Fenster sind gut isoliert, und die Heizung funktioniert gut. Die Wasserheizung ist zentral (innen für das ganze Haus), so dass das Wasser immer warm ist und man nicht warten muss, nachdem jemand eine Dusche genommen hat.

In der Miete ist im Grunde alles enthalten: das Zimmer, Heizung, Strom, Internet, TV-Steuer. Wir haben alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, einschließlich Ofen und Mikrowelle, auch Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Die Waschmaschine steht in der Wohnung, aber es gibt auch eine im Haus auf dem Dachboden.

Es gibt keinen Gemeinschaftsraum in der Wohnung, aber manchmal reden wir gerne in der Küche oder machen etwas zusammen (ausgehen, einen Film ansehen oder Brettspiele spielen).

Das Zimmer ist sehr hell. Es ist voll möbliert und sofort bezugsfertig.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Saarbrücken Stadtzentrum (St. Johann) in der Nähe von Supermärkten - Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Netto, Edeka; und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln: Straßenbahn, Bus, Zug. Die Fahrt zur Universität (UdS/HTW) dauert in der Regel 20 Minuten, da es alle 10 Minuten Busse gibt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Nachbarschaft ziemlich ruhig, vor allem nachts und an Wochenenden.
