I’m looking for someone to sublet my 13m² room in a 2-person shared apartment from 22/03 till 12/04. The apartment is furnished and includes a shared kitchen and bathroom with one flatmate. Rent covers all utilities, including heating, electricity, water, and internet.
The room is equipped with functional furniture: a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, and chair, along with a mattress, and pillow. The common living room is also furnished with a sofa, table, and chairs.
