Hello reader!

As I’m preparing to move out, we’re looking for a third person to join our flat. The room available is spacious and filled with natural light. It comes fully furnished, including a bed, two desks, a chair, coat rack, wardrobe, mirror, nightstand, and drawers. Located on the third floor, it’s a peaceful and quiet space, with plenty of room for any additional belongings or hobbies you might have. Plus, it offers great connectivity to the rest of the city.

The furniture is priced at 250€, as it comes with the room.
I can arrange an online viewing, but an in-person visit is preferred. :)

It’s a great and safe location. The closest bus stop (Deutschherrnstraße) is just across the street, with a 20-minute ride to the university and only 6 minutes to the city center. The HTW bus stop is also nearby.
Both Aldi and Edeka are within walking distance.

PS: There’s also a kebab shop right downstairs, perfect for when you're feeling lazy or craving a quick bite! :D

The current residents are Nils (M) and Zhani (F), both students at UdS. The kitchen and washroom are shared. We have a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere here in the WG, with everyone being kind and respectful.
We’re generally busy with work and uni, so the vibe here is more of a functional and laid-back arrangement.
