The flat is rented by two students who want to sublet their rooms from March 1 till July 31. The fully furnished apartment is ideal for students living in Saarbruecken in summer semester.

Die Wohnung wird von zwei Studenten gemietet, die ihre Zimmer vom 1. Marz bis 31. Juli untervermieten möchten. Die komplett möblierte Wohnung ist ideal für Studierende, die im Sommersemester in Saarbrücken wohnen.

The building is filled with amenities around it (Lidl, Turkish shops, Tedi, Saar river and etc.). There is a beautiful park outside the building to have a nice walk. There are also a few bus stops within a quick reach. The bus lines 101, 102, 108, 129 run to the main train station and 101 and 102 run to the university campus.

Es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten rund um das Haus (Lidl, türkische Geschäfte, Tedi, Saar Fluss usw.). Außerhalb des Gebäudes befindet sich ein schöner Park, in dem Sie einen schönen Spaziergang machen können. Auch ein paar Bushaltestellen sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Buslinien 101, 102, 108, 129 fahren zum Hauptbahnhof und 101 und 102 zum Universitätscampus.

As the flat is shared by students, it is usually a quiet and friendly place to live. We often spend the day at university and in the evenings we are often in the kitchen to eat and talk.

Da die Wohnung von Studenten vermietet wird, lebt es sich hier ruhig und freundlich. Oft verbringen wir den Tag an der Uni und wir sind oft gemeinsam in der Küche um gemütlich zu essen und zu reden.
