Das Zimmer ist (geschätzte) 12 m² groß, m.M. nach aber vollkommen ausreichend, gerade wenn man (wie ich) "nur" für Erasmus kommt. Es hat alles was man braucht: Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch und Regal und ein Fenster in den Innenhof, wodurch es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig ist.
In der Wohnung gibt es noch 4 andere Zimmer, sowie zwei Bäder, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Esszimmer. In den 4. Stock gibt es einen Aufzug.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Salamanca. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten bei der Plaza Mayor, in 10 Minuten bei der Kathedrale und der Facultad de Filología, in 15 Minuten am Campus Unamuno und in 25 Minuten an der Facultad de Psicología. Direkt um die Ecke (1 Minute) befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, der jeden Tag (auch sonntags) bis 1 Uhr nachts geöffnet ist. Auch Bars und Clubs sind in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Alle Mitbewohner ziehen Ende Januar aus, sodass sich die WG komplett neu zusammensetzt. Perfekt, um das WG-Leben mitzugestalten und Freundschaften zu schließen :)

Ich bin auf Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch erreichbar, eine Besichtigung per Videochat ist auch möglich. Auf idealista gibt es auch eine Anzeige für dieses Zimmer :)
