Hey everyone!

I’m leaving my room at Die WG this month, and it’s already available for takeover.

The room is really bright and spacious, thanks to its big windows that let in plenty of natural light. It’s a comfortable and cozy space that feels open and inviting. I’m also selling the bed and shelves for €150 in total, so you wouldn’t have to worry about furnishing it right away.

The location is super convenient. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the city center, right next to the main train station, and there’s a bus stop directly in front of the building. If you like working out, John Reed gym is also nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The supermarkets are also really close by.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with just one other person, but they’re moving out soon too. The apartment itself has everything you need, so you can settle in comfortably from day one without having to worry about missing essentials.
