Da einer unserer Mitbewohner, Anfang Januar auszieht, suchen wir für unsere große 5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Gnigl / Sam eine(n) neue(n) Mitebewohner(in) ab sofort / 15.02.25.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer verfügt über ca. 10 qm Fläche, sowie ein großes Fenster, das zu einer sehr wenig befahrenen Straße raus geht.
Die Wohnung verfügt darüber hinaus über eine große Küche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine, einen kleinen Abstellraum, einen Flur, ein Bad und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Balkon. Wir haben auch einen Keller in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst. WLAN haben wir natürlich auch!

As one of our roommates is moving out at the beginning of January, we are looking for a new roommate for our large 5-room apartment in Gnigl / Sam from now on / February 15th 2025.
The room to rent has about 10 qm of space, as well as a large window that looks out onto a very quiet street.
The apartment also has a large kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a small storage room, a hallway, a bathroom and a large living room with a large balcony. We also have a basement where you can park your bike. And of course, there is also WIFI!
Hier einige Fakten zur Lage der Wohnung:
• Die WG befindet sich in ruhiger Lage
• Einkaufsmöglichkeit: ein Spar ist direkt neben an, also 1 min Weg
• Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreichbar: die nächsten S-Bahn-Haltestellen Sam und Gnigl sind ca. 5 und 15 min entfernt, es gibt eine Bushaltestelle vorm Haus und eine etwa 10 min entfernt (Turnerstraße)
• Parken ist neben dem Haus möglich (man müsste Bewohnerparken anfragen)

• Shopping: a Spar is right next door, it's basically a 1 min walk
• Public transport is also quickly accessible: the nearest S-Bahn stops Sam and Gnigl are about 5 and 15 minutes away, there is a bus stop in front of the house and one about 10 minutes away (Turnerstraße)
• Parking is possible next to the house (you would have to request resident parking)
Du würdest mit Mireia (25, arbeitet als Freelancerin für Red Bull), Fiona (19, Studentin PPÖ), Magda (20, Studentin Psychologie) und mir, Sophie (25, arbeitet bei Red Bull) zusammen wohnen. Während Mireia, Fiona und ich meistens in Salzburg sind, ist Magda öfter mal nicht in Salzburg.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem aufgeschlossenen Menschen, der gerne Teil unserer WG sein möchte. Wir sind alle ziemlich beschäftigt und oft auf dem Sprung, aber wenn dann alle zu Hause sind, dann ist es immer harmonisch. Ab und an, wenn es uns die Zeit erlaubt, sitzen wir dann auch gerne zum Abendessen zusammen.
Kommunikation ist Alles!

You would live with Mireia (25, from Spain, works as a freelancer for Red Bull), Fiona (19, from Germany, student PPÖ), Magda (20, from Austria, student psychology) and me, Sophie (25, from Germany, works at Red Bull). While Mireia, Fiona and I are mostly in Salzburg, Magda is often not in Salzburg.
We are looking for an open-minded person who would like to be part of our shared flat. We are all pretty busy and often on the go, but when everyone is at home, it is always harmonious. Now and then, when we have time, we also like to sit down together for dinner.
Communication is everything!
