I'm looking for someone who wants to rent my room for mid-July and half of September as I'm traveling in time.

All furniture (sick, bed, desk and compasses) I would leave in the room and can be used. (I'm clearing my stuff:)

We have a large kitchen in which you can sit well together and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and in a separate storage room you can store your things well.

We also have a basement compartment, which you can of course use:)

Ich suche jemanden, welche/r mein Zimmer gerne für Mitte Juli und den halben September untermieten möchte, da ich in der Zeit auf Reisen bin.

Alle Möbel (Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Kommoden) würde ich in dem Zimmer lassen und können gerne mitverwendet werden. (meine Sachen räume ich natürlich aus:)

Wir haben ein große Küche, in welcher man gut zusammensitzen kann und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Das WC ist vom Bad getrennt und in einem separaten Abstellraum kann man seine Sachen gut verstauen.

Außerdem haben wir ein Kellerabteil, was du selbstverständlich mitbenutzen kannst:)
