The room has a built-in wardrobe and shelves, it's own sink, wooden floors and a window to the garden facing west. The rest of the flat consists of a hallway, the kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, seperate toilet, the other four bedrooms (with five people living in them) and, our pride and joy, the big cozy livingroom. The livingroom has several couches, stereo equipment and extra storage space as well as several guest matresses for possible guests. There is a storage unit in the basement that belongs to our flat as well as a common bike storage room.
Our flat is located in Itzling in Salzburg. There is a busstation pretty much in front of our door, with the bike it's about a ten minute ride to the city center, a grocery store is less than 300 meters from the flat. We are also located very near the Alterbach with its cycle and walking paths and the surrounding nature. There are public parking spots in neighbouring streets and finding a parking spot is no problem.
You would share a flat with Samy, Julia, Luca, Tobi and Stan. We are a mixed group of people of different ages and different interests, some of us working, some of us studying and some of us doing both. We enjoy spending time together and quite enjoy our big living room. This is where we will often sit together in the evenings to eat, chat or watch a movie. However, how much you want to be involved in the socializing is up to you and we respect everyones privacy. Communication happens mostly in English but we all speak German as well.
The room is moslty unfurnished but comes with a built in cupboard, shelf, sink and mirror; the matress can possibly stay also. The price includes heating, electricity and internet and might change slightly depending on our usage.
