It's truly a beautiful and brightly renovated old building apartment. The room sizes are very spacious, which is
something you don't often find in newer buildings.

There's a balcony overlooking the Glan river.

Your room is 21 square meters and has 2 walls with windows, which makes it bright and cozy.

I also find the old herringbone parquet flooring to be stunning.

I hardly hear my current roommate, so privacy is also ensured.

The Salzach river is 5 minutes away, and there are parks all around. However, you don't really need them because the residential complex is located in a beautiful green area with old trees.

Parking is not a problem. If you need an underground parking space, you can rent one anytime.
The location is central, and yet the highway is quickly accessible.

Interspar and Lidl are less than 5 minutes away, Hofer and Billa are 10 minutes away, and kebab and other similar options are right around the corner.
There are 3 bus stops within less than 5 minutes' walking distance.
