Die Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Küche, eigenes Bad sowie getrenntes Klo, auch stehen 2 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung, die je nach Wunsch vergeben werden können, abhängig davon, welches Zimmer benötigt wird. Beide Zimmer verfügen über ein Bett und einen großen Kasten und einen separaten Zugang zum Balkon, der sich um die ganze Wohnung zieht.
Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und großen Kühlschrank. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist relativ gut, Buslinie 27, 8, 11, 9, 28, 1, 22 und 21 sind alle in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Zum einkaufen ist in der Maxglaner Hauptstraße einiges, auch sind direkt vor dem Haus Parkflächen, wo man eine Parkkarte für Hauptwohnsitz beantragen kann.
Zu mir: Ich bin 28, bin Tattoowiererin und arbeite zusätzlich in einer Trafik, bin sehr weit links und sehe mich als Feministin, hasse aber jetzt nicht alle die andere Meinungen vertreten. Ich bin sehr viel arbeiten, genieße aber dann die Abende alleine und in Ruhe zuhause, außerdem zocke ich gerne.Ich habe 3 Katzen, die auch in der Wohnung leben und gerne auch Zuwendung haben, was aber nicht zwingend nötig ist. Außerdem steh ich auf Deko und das merkt man auch.
Was ich mir wünschen würde: Du bist selbst links, genießt Ruhe und es stört dich nicht, dass ich manchmal etwas unkontrolliert zusammenräume?
Regelmäßiger Austausch wäre mir sehr wichtig, um Putzplan und sonstiges zu besprechen. Alles weitere können wir uns gerne ausmachen :)
Ich bevorzuge leider FLINTA-Meschen, da mir leider die Erfahrung eines patriarchalen Systems inneliegt.
Die Fotos sind von vor einem Jahr als ich eingezogen bin.

The apartment features its own kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. There are also 2 bedrooms available, which can be allocated based on preference and need. Both rooms are equipped with a bed and a large wardrobe, and each has separate access to the balcony that wraps around the entire apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a large refrigerator. A washing machine is also available.
The public transport connections are relatively good, with bus lines 27, 8, 11, 9, 28, 1, 22, and 21 all reachable within a few minutes on foot. There are plenty of shopping options on Maxglaner Hauptstraße, and there are parking spaces directly in front of the house where you can apply for a resident parking permit.
About me: I’m 28, a tattoo artist, and also work in a tobacco shop. I lean very far to the left and consider myself a feminist, but I don’t hate everyone who has different opinions. I work a lot but enjoy spending quiet evenings alone at home, and I also enjoy gaming. I have 3 cats that live in the apartment and appreciate attention, although it’s not mandatory. Additionally, I love decorating, and it shows.
What I am looking for: You should be left-leaning, enjoy peace and quiet, and not be bothered by the fact that I sometimes clean up a bit chaotically. Regular communication is very important to me to discuss cleaning schedules and other matters. We can arrange everything else as needed.
Unfortunately, I prefer FLINTA (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender) people, as I have had experiences with the patriarchal system.
