my roommate is moving out and so there’s a chance for you to be the new chill roommate in our apartment.
Your potential room is the biggest one in the apartment with 25sq meters and is located next to the kitchen. Since it’s so big there’s enough room for you to feel comfortable and make yourself a home.
My roommate is leaving some furniture and some he’s taking, so the deposit of 250€ isn’t set and we’ll find a solution that fits you both in case you’d like to take some furniture.
One of the two windows is next to the street but luckily you can’t really hear it and nobody ever complained about noise.

Best location: There is a small Spar directly opposite our apartment where you can get everything you need, and the nearest bus stop is just two minutes away. There is also a large Interspar supermarket 15 minutes away with a dm next door. The main train station and the old town are just a 15-minute walk away. Perfect location to go skiing now or in summer to go to one of the fabulous lakes nearby - it’s a good fit for every hobby ⛷️ 🏖🌞

Your future flatmates will be my boyfriend Joseph (26, working as a chef, from the US) and me, Anna (25, student of psychology and part time working).
It may sound weird living with a couple but friends told us we’re very easy going and chill to be around and I’d hope you’re open minded and might wanna have the occasional drink in the evening together/watch a movie/cook/play games/go on an adventure (rather in summer time to a lake) 😁😎
Other than that we’re tidy and like it clean so we appreciate someone who looks after himself/herself. We also have a cleaning schedule which is working well when everyone is doing the weekly task. That shouldn’t take more than an hour. So the common areas you’ll always find to be nice and clean.

Apart from this, we’re looking for someone who’s chill, wants to hang out with us occasionally but also: when the doors are closed we fully understand that some Alone-Time is going on. So a good mixture and I’m sure we can accomodate everyones needs for everybodys comfort!
Since we have such a nice kitchen and a big space around, we like to invite friends from time to time where you are welcome to join of course!

In our apartment there’s a washing machine, smoking (please only!) on the balcony, and you can leave your bike around the house in the backyard. Our neighbours are all friendly and quiet and we happily have people over and there was never any complaint 🍹🥳
