Unsere Mitbewohnerin Sara zieht aus und wir suchen gemeinsam eine liebe Nachfolgerin. Wie die ganze Wohnung hat auch dein Zimmer schöne hohe Wände und einen tollen, dunklen Holzboden. Dein Raum befindet sich zur Linzergasse hin, wodurch du viel Tageslicht hast. Das Zimmer kann halbmöbliert übernommen werden (Bett etc.), genauere Infos folgen auch hier.
Our flatmate Sara is moving out and we are looking for a lovely new flatmate. Like the whole flat, your room has beautiful high walls and a great, dark wooden floor. Your room faces Linzergasse, which gives you plenty of natural light. Unfortunately, we don't have any current photos of the room yet, but we will provide them later. The room can be taken over semi-furnished (bed etc.), more detailed information and photos will follow here.
Perfekte Lage! Wir würde nie wieder tauschen wollen. Die Bushaltestelle Makartplatz erreichst du in 2 Minuten, in unserem Haus ist unten ein italienischen Restaurant, zum Spar und Billa ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung.
Perfect location! We would never want to change again. You can reach the Makartplatz bus stop in 2 minutes, there's an Italian restaurant downstairs in our building, and Spar and Billa are just a stone's throw away.
Wir sind Leona und Tina, beide 24 Jahre alt und befinden uns beide am Ende unseres Bachelors an der Uni Salzburg. Leona studiert Kunstgeschichte und Tina Psychologie – danach machen wir direkt mit dem Master weiter :) Wir sind ziemlich busy und immer viel unterwegs. Allerdings verbinden wir unsere Alltage gerne mal und treffen uns zum Lernen, Arbeiten oder Kaffee trinken. Öfter machen wir auch gemeinsam Kulturprogramm und klappern Galerien und Museen ab.
Vielleicht noch kurz zum Zusammenleben: Wir sind keine Party-WG, sind aber trotzdem gerne mal am Abend in der Stadt unterwegs. In der Wohnung herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre – wir verbringen sehr gerne Zeit miteinander, respektieren aber auch unsere Bedürfnisse und Privatsphären.

We are Leona and Tina, both 24 years old and at the end of our Bachelor's degree at the University of Salzburg. Leona is studying art history and Tina psychology - after that we're going straight on to do our Master's :) We're pretty busy and always on the go. However, we like to combine our everyday lives and meet up to study, work or have a coffee. We also enjoy visiting galleries and museums.
About our co-living: We're not a party flat, but we still like to go out in the city in the evening. We appreciate keeping a homely atmosphere in the flat. While we do enjoy spending time together, we also respect each other's needs for privacy.

Unsere Freundeskreise sind sehr bunt, weshalb es uns ein Anliegen ist, dass du open minded und reflektiert bist. Bei uns ist jeder willkommen. Bitte bitte sei ordentlich. Gründliches Putzen ist sehr wichtig :) Es sollte nicht große wöchentliche Putzaktionen geben müssen, lieber räumt jede direkt hinter sich her, wenn mal was daneben geht.
Wir sind neugierig, dich kennenzulernen und eine neue Freundin in dir zu finden! Wenn du Lust auf uns und die Wohnung hast, schreib mir bitte eine Nachricht, in der du von dir erzählst.
Wir nehmen nur Interessentinnen an, die sich mindestens einmal vor fixer Zusage die Wohnung anschauen kommen. So können wir uns auch persönlich sehen, um zu checken, ob wir uns sympathisch sind.
Our friendgroups are very diverse, which is why it's important to us that you are open-minded and reflective. Everyone is welcome here. Please be tidy. Thorough cleaning is very important :) There shouldn't have to be big weekly cleaning actions, everyone prefers to clean up after themselves if something goes wrong.
