Huhu,
we, Christopher and Pia, are looking for a sympathetic roommate for our WG, which was recently re-established. The apartment was recently renovated and all four rooms were refurbished. You don't pay anything for the furniture, but you would pass the room on to the following person when you pull out. You'd only share the bathroom with me, Pia. The other two rooms each have a private bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, which is shared by everyone as well as a laundry room with washing machine. The house is located in a very quiet area, only 2min away from the AYA bath and public transport. We are happy, if it fits well between humans and are less interested in a purpose WG. In short: Pia works as an editor in a Salzburger publishing house and Christopher is a learned bookbinder and is just starting a training as a sound engineer.

wir, Christopher und Pia, sind auf der Suche nach einem sympathischen Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG, die kürzlich neu gegründet wurde. Die Wohnung wurde gerade frisch renoviert und alle vier Zimmer neu eingerichtet. Für die Möbel zahlst du nichts, sondern du würdest das Zimmer bei Auszug genau so, inkl. der Möbel an die nachfolgende Person weitergeben. Das Badezimmer würdest du dir nur mit mir, Pia, teilen. Die anderen zwei Zimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche, die von allen gemeinsam genutzt wird sowie ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, nur 2min entfernt vom AYA- Bad sowie dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Wir freuen uns, wenn es auch zwischenmenschlich gut passt und sind an einer Zweck-WG eher weniger interessiert. Kurz zu uns: Pia arbeitet als Redakteurin in einem Salzburger Verlag und Christopher ist gelernter Buchbinder und beginnt gerade eine Ausbildung zum Tontechniker.
