hallo ihr lieben Zwischenmieter,
die beiden Zimmer sind mit ca. 21 Quadratmetern ähnlich groß und haben durch die hohen Decken einen typischen Altbaucharakter. Wir übergeben beide Zimmer möbliert inkl. Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank, etc. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eins mehrstöckigen Altbaus.

The two rooms are similar in size at approx. 21 square metres and have a typical old building character due to the high ceilings. We hand over both rooms furnished incl. desk, bed, wardrobe, etc. The flat is located on the ground floor of a multi-floor old building.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden und zentral gelegen. Altstadt, Busse, Supermarkt, Apotheke oder Drogerie sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man von uns mit dem Bus nur 5 min oder 15 min zu Fuß. Die Universitäten sind je nach Standort gut mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus zu erreichen, manche auch sogar fußläufig (Mozarteum).
The flat is very well connected and centrally located. The old town, buses, supermarket, pharmacy and drugstore are just a few minutes' walk away. The main railway station is only 5 minutes away by bus or 15 minutes on foot. The universities are easy to reach by bike or bus, depending on the location, and some are even within walking distance (Mozarteum).
In unserer wunderschönen 3er WG im Herzen von Salzburg werden 2 Zimmer für die Monate März, April, Mai frei (und eins vielleicht auch bis Juni). Wir sind eine sehr gesellige und offene Wohngemeinschaft, welche mehr Zeit in der Wohnküche/Wohnzimmer verbringt als in den eigenen Zimmern. Deswegen suchen wir für unsere Franca aka Fräncs zwei offene, lustige und spontane Personen, die bei einem gemütlichen Kochabend dabei sind, aber es auch mal richtig krachen lassen können.
Franca ist eine sehr liebenswerte und offene Mitbewohnerin, die bei wirklich allem dabei ist und sich sehr freut dich/euch kennenzulernen.

In our beautiful 3-person shared flat in the heart of Salzburg, 2 rooms are available for the months of March, April and May (and one possibly until June). We are a very sociable and open flat-sharing community that spends more time in the kitchen/living room than in our own rooms. That's why we are looking for two open, funny and spontaneous people to live with Franca aka Fräncs, who are up for cosy cooking evenings, but are also down for partying.
Franca is a very lovable and open flatmate who is really up for anything and is looking forward to getting to know you.
