Ich biete ein kleines, aber gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon zur Miete an. Es ist möbliert und ausgestattet mit einer Couch, die sich auch als Schlafplatz für Gäste nutzen lässt, einem großen, geräumigen Kleiderschrank, einem Hochbett (140x200) sowie einem separaten Schreibtisch. Das absolute Highlight ist der wundervolle Blick nach Süden mit einem beeindruckenden Panorama auf die Berge. Die Möbel können gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden, die wir persönlich besprechen können.
I am offering a small but cozy room with a balcony for rent. It is furnished and equipped with a couch that can also serve as a sleeping place for guests, a large, spacious wardrobe, a loft bed (140x200), and a separate desk. The highlight of the room is the wonderful view to the south, with an impressive panorama of the mountains. The furniture can be purchased for an additional fee, which we can discuss in person.
Die Lage der WG ist perfekt! Die nächste Busstation ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, und in nur 2 Minuten erreicht man die NAWI. Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das Zentrum Herrnau mit dem Einkaufszentrum (SPAR, Hofer, DM, Restaurants etc.) ist etwa 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Für einen schönen Spaziergang ist die Hofhaymer Allee in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The location of the flatshare is perfect! The nearest bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, and the NAWI is only 2 minutes on foot. By bus, you can reach the city center in 10 minutes. The Zentrum Herrnau shopping center (SPAR, Hofer, DM, restaurants, etc.) is about a 6-minute walk away. For a nice walk, the beautiful Hofhaymer Allee is also just 5 minutes on foot.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und gesellig. Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind Anna (36), die im Master Biologie und Ökologie studiert, gerne backt und eine Leidenschaft für Pflanzen hat, Franziska (21), die Medizinische Biologie im Bachelor studiert und mit ihrer humorvollen und empathischen Art Leben in die WG bringt, sowie Katja (20), die Psychologie im Bachelor studiert, super gerne asiatisch kocht und mit ihrer ruhigen Art für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, sei es bei Brettspielen oder einem Glas Wein, aber jeder hat auch seinen eigenen Rückzugsort, um mal abzuschalten.
The flatshare life is relaxed and sociable. The housemates are Anna (36), who is studying a Master's in Biology and Ecology, loves baking, and has a passion for plants, Franziska (21), who is studying Medical Biology in her Bachelor's and brings life to the flat with her humorous and empathetic personality, and Katja (21), who is studying Psychology in her Bachelor's, loves cooking Asian food, and creates a calm atmosphere with her serene nature. We enjoy spending time together, whether it's playing board games or having a glass of wine, but everyone also has their own space to unwind.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer – eines nur mit Toilette und das andere mit Badewanne, Toilette und Waschbecken. Es gibt einen Aufzug, der bis in den 5. Stock fährt, sowie eine Küche. Dein Fahrrad kannst du unten abstellen, und falls du ein Auto besitzt, gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus. Zusätzlich haben wir ein Kellerabteil. Waschmaschinen, Trockner und eine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Wäsche sind in einem separaten Raum im Erdgeschoss für uns zugänglich.
Katja, Franzi und ich haben uns ein WLAN geteilt, bei dem jede von uns 13 € pro Monat zahlt. Dieser Betrag würde auch für die neue Mitbewohnerin bestehen bleiben.
The apartment has two bathrooms – one with just a toilet and the other with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. There is an elevator that goes up to the 5th floor, as well as a kitchen. You can store your bike downstairs, and if you have a car, there are parking spaces directly in front of the building. We also have a cellar storage unit. Washing machines, a dryer, and a drying area are available in a separate room on the ground floor for our use.
Katja, Franzi, and I have shared a Wi-Fi connection, with each of us paying 13 € per month. This amount would also apply to the new housemate.
