Wir suchen eine/n Nachmieter/in (ab 30 Jahren) für ein Zimmer in unserer 4er WG (aktuell sind wir zu dritt). Verfügbar ab März, Mindestmietdauer 1 Jahr. Das Zimmer wäre gratis möbliert (Bett, Kasten, Schreibtisch), muss aber nicht übernommen werden.
Die sehr helle, gemütliche Dachgeschoss-Wohnung ist 140qm groß, hat vier Zimmer, Küche mit viel Stauraum und Geschirrspüler, großes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, Dachterrasse, Abstellraum, Bad/Dusche und WC getrennt, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
=> Besichtigungstermine ab sofort nach Vereinbarung möglich!
Sehr zentrumsnah gelegen (10min zu Fuß in die Altstadt), Busstation Quartier Riedenburg gleich ums Eck (Linien 1, 8, 10, 11, 21, 22).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Spar 5min zu Fuß, Billa, Penny, DM
