Das Zimmer ist klein, aber vollmöbliert. Es gibt ein Hochbett, ein großer Schrank, ein Tisch, ein Stuhl, eine Lampe und viele Borde. Das Zimmer hat auch einen Eintritt zum Balkon. Die Wohnung hat schneller Internetanschluss, große Küche und großes Badezimmer. Die Waschmaschine ist im Keller.
The room is quite small but is furnished. There is a bunk bed, a table, a big cupboard, a chair, a lamp and many shelves. There is also access to the balcony. The apartment has quite a big kitchen and bathroom. Internet connection is fast and reliable.
Das Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums des Sandhausen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Geschäfte (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi) sind circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß weit. Du kannst nach Heibelberg mit S-Bahn (S3 und S4, alle dreißig Minuten) fahren. Es gibt auch ein Bus vom Zentrum des Sandhausen. Der Bahnof liegt weniger als 10 Minuten von der Wohnung.
The apartment is located near the centre of Sandhausen. The surrounding area is very calm. The shops (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi) are not far, about 10 minutes on foot. In order to get to Heidelberg, you can take a train (S3 and S4, every 30 minutes). There is also a bus going from the centre of Sandhausen. The train station is very close, less than 10 minutes on foot.
Meine Mitbewohner sind Vikrant and Julia. Sie sind nett, unkompliziert, lustig und freundlich. Beide arbeiten, deshalb du nachsts den großen Lärm nicht machen solltest. Ich glaube, beide werden im September oder im Oktober umziehen, du kannst deinen Bekannten in die WG einladen, weil es leere Zimmer werden. Ich suche jemand älter, ideal ab 22 Jahre alt, weil meine Mitbewohner (und ich) älter sind und wir schon arbeiten, aber die WG is perfekt auch für Studierenden.
My roommates are Vikrant and Julia. They are very nice, easy-going, and friendly. Both of them are working, so you should not make too much noise in nights. I believe, they are also planning to move in the upcoming months, so it would be possible to inform some of your friends of a potential flat-share. I am looking for someone a little older, ideally from 22 yo, as my roommates (and me) are also older and all of us are working, but students are also welcome, as there should be no problem.

Ich verlasse Deutschland nach meine Erasmus Studium und ich suche einen Ersatz für mein Zimmer in Sandhausen. Ich fahre am Ende des Augusts ab. Das Umziehen ist auch möglich früher als im September, denn ich am 26. August fahre ab.
