Hi Leute,
biete euch hier ein schönes, vollmöbliertes Zimmer an.
Das Zimmer ist ab heute, den 11.01.2015, zu haben.
Für die Möbel hätte ich gerne 300€ vhb., da ich die Matratze erst vor kurzem für 220€ gekauft habe.
Zur Wohnung gehören noch ein Badezimmer und eine Küche.
Die Gesamtmiete (Warmmiete) beträgt 245€.
Falls ihr Fragen oä zur Wohnung habt, könnt ihr mich jederzeit einfach anrufenoder mir bei Whatsapp schreiben :0.1.5.1./.2.0.7.7.7.4.3.5.
Wenn ihr euch die Wohnung angucken wollt, ruft am besten direkt beim Vermieter an: 0.1.7.6./.1.0.1.9.1.1.3.3.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, sodass ihr immer ungestört lernen könnt.
200m von der Wohnung ist eine Busstation, die überall hinfährt.
Ich würde euch aber empfehlen, mit der S-Bahn zu fahren, die ca. 10Min Fußweg entfernt ist. Die S-Bahn braucht ca.10 Min zum Hauptbahnhof in Bonn und ca.10 min, in die andere Richtung, zur Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg.
Euer neuer Mitbewohner ist Student an der HBRS und ein ganz netter Typ.
Das WG-Leben ist ganz entspannt und unkompliziert.
