Our WG has 2 rooms. The rooms are about 20 m2 and are located on the first floor.
The rooms are easy and friendly and are ready for access.
If white walls are desired, this is possible in the short term before drawing in.

For shared use there is kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, utility and a large garden (with barbeque, barbecue and baking facilities).

Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gibt Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Hauswirtschaft und einen großen Garten (mit Bastel-, Grill- und Backmöglichkeiten).

Es gibt zwei Bäder (EG und OG), wobei eine alleinige, exklusive Nutzung im OG möglich ist (+80 €).
Die Bäder sind mit Dusche und Wanne ausgestattet und es gibt konstant warmes Wasser.

Im ganzen Haus gibt es Wlan und in jedem Raum Netzwerk-Anschlüsse (schnelles Internet ist uns wichtig, derzeit 500 Mbit). Das Haus hat eine SmartHome-Steuerung.
Dazu gibt es noch einen TV-Server (streamen auf alle Geräte).

Auf Wunsch sind noch 2 Telefonnummern frei.

Am Haus gibt es noch ein große Remise, die ideal zum werkeln und feiern geeignet ist.
Auch wenn ich selber (noch immer) Raucher bin, wird im Haus nicht geraucht!
