Ich habe ein Zimmer (16 qm) zu vermieten im idyllischen Armstorf. Es ist sehr ruhig.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung etwa 80 qm und mit allem ausgestattet. Spülmaschine gibt es (noch) keine, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden.
Das WG Zimmer ist nicht möbliert und darf nach Wunsch gestaltet werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit kleinem abgegrenzten Garten und Parkmöglichkeit.
Zum Dorfener Bahnhof sind es ca. 3 km (Strecke Mühldorf - München) und eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Der Bus geht stündlich und man kommt von Dorfen bis nach Erding, wo es eine S-Bahn Haltestelle gibt.
Die Autobahn A94 befindet sich ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten entfernt und man ist ohne Verkehr ca. in 45 Minuten in München (Innenstadt 54 km).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Dorfen, man bekommt dort so ziemlich alles was nach braucht.
Ich besuche ab September die Meisterschule und suche daher eine*n Mitbewohner*in gerne auch langfristig.
Unter der Woche bin ich nicht viel zuhause, das Wochenende genieße ich allerdings gerne im Garten.
Mit mir sind auch noch 2 Katzen in der Wohnung.
Ich bin immer zu erreichen. Am besten bei Interesse gleich eine Mieterselbstauskunft und einen Einkommensnachweis mitschicken.
Wlan ist in der Warmmiete mitinbegriffen.
