Wir gründen eine neue Wohngemeinschaft in unserem Einfamilienhaus im schönen Scharnebeck. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett, einer Couch, einer Kommode, einem Schreibtisch und einem TV Schrank. Es gibt einen großen Garten auf dem im Sommer gegrillt werden kann. Ansonsten kann eine Garage mitgemietet werden für 40€/Monat. Das Haus selbst ist schon einige Jahre alt aber man kann dort gut leben.
Eine Waschmaschine ist im Keller vorhanden. Eine Spülmaschine befindet sich in der Küche. Ein WLAN Anschluss wird gestellt. Die Miete beträgt 600€ warm.
Die Bushaltestelle Scharnebeck Bardowicker Str. ist 5 min. entfernt, es sind ca. 30min. mit dem Bus oder 12min. mit dem Auto zum Lüneburger Hauptbahnhof. Ansonsten ist der Bahnhof Echem 9min. mit dem Auto oder 17min. mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Das Haut befindet sich umgeben von viel Natur.
Du wirst der erste Bewohner sein und kannst dir die restlichen Mitbewohner mit auswählen. Es ist einer 5er WG geplant.
