Hallo people!
A cozy bedroom in Schriesheim, complete with its own balcony and private living room, is available for subletting starting Jan.2025 to March.2025, and is available for longer contract starting April.2025

Rent: €675 per month (warm).

Deposit: €1000.

Furniture: Included.

My current contract runs until 30.03.2025, but I’ll be moving out from 01.01.2025.

From January to March, you’ll be a short-term subtenant.

Starting in April, you have the option to sign a long-term contract directly with the landlord (until September 2025). This also allows you to do city registration from 01.04.2025. After September 2025, you can also discuss with the landlord about extending the lease to continue to stay here or leave.

(Preference will be given to someone who can stay beyond the short-term period, but this is negotiable😊.)

The Space

Private areas: You’ll have your own bedroom, a small but cozy balcony, and a private living room. The bedroom is on the top floor, offering excellent privacy.

The apartment is located on Schulgasse in Schriesheim, just a 10-minute walk from Schriesheim Hauptbahnhof and 35 minutes from Heidelberg city center.

Shared areas:

A big kitchen and an additional living room shared with three other students, all sweet and helpful.

Two bathrooms to share—arrangements can be discussed with the housemates.

We primarily communicate in English, so there’s no need to worry about your German language skills.

Be respectful to one another, do the cleanings regularly, communicate when problem appears, and enjoy your time here! This is a quiet and cozy house with wonderful people.
