Ich biete ein 15 qm großes Zimmer in meiner Maisonette-Wohnung (129 qm) zur Miete an. Die Wohnung liegt im Ober- und Dachgeschoss und bietet Mitbenutzung des Wohnzimmers, der Küche und des Bads. Die Miete umfasst Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet und die Nutzung der Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet, und es gibt zusätzlich ein Gäste-WC.

Die Lage ist ideal – nur wenige Schritte zum Marktplatz und fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter der K+K, der bis 24 Uhr geöffnet hat.

Zur aktuellen Wohnsituation: Ich wohne derzeit allein in der Wohnung, meine Freundin wird frühestens Ende nächstes Jahr einziehen. Das Zimmer ist langfristig als Kinderzimmer gedacht, aber bis zur Umsetzung vorübergehend verfügbar. Fotos gibt’s auf Anfrage, und Besichtigungen sind gerne möglich – wichtig ist ja, dass man sich gut versteht.

Bevorzugt suche ich Berufstätige oder Azubis, das Geschlecht und Alter sind egal. Ein Faible fürs Zocken ist von Vorteil, da ich selbst gern spiele und teilweise im Homeoffice arbeite. Wichtig ist mir ein ruhiges Umfeld – daher bevorzuge ich Mitbewohner, die ebenfalls einen ruhigen Lebensstil schätzen.
