Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eins ziemlich gross und spacey ca 25qm und das andere ist etwas kleiner mit 15 (i guess?) qm :)

Der Flur ist riesig, da lässt sich richtig gut eine Sitzecke aus Paletten zb reinbauen.

Ansonsten die Küche ist halt eine Küche, nichts besonderes aber sie hat ein feines schräges Dachfenster und macht den Raum schön hell☀️

Das Bad ist in zwei zusammenhängende Räume aufgeteilt und auch relativ geräumig.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas ausserhalb in ruhiger Lage von Schwäbisch Gmünd in direkter Nähe zur PH, die HfG (wo ich selber studiert hab) lässt sich easy mit dem Bus erreichen. Aussicht subber 1A auf die hills der Schwäbischen Alb.

Im Haus befinden sich noch zwei andere WGs mit lieben Mädels und am Haus ist ein feiner Garten zum chillen im Sommer.

Da ich ausziehe ist die WG eine komplette Neugründung:) Müssen auch nicht auf einmal direkt zwei Leute einziehen, du kannst auch erstmal alleine einziehen und dir dann ein Mitbewohni selbst suchen:)

Man teilt sich mit den Girls aus der Erdgeschoss-WG eine Waschmaschine weil das der gleiche Wasseranschluss ist, die Waschmaschine ist aber neulich leider kaputt gegangen, darum müsstet ihr euch absprechen wann man eine neue Waschmaschine kauft.
