Our cozy WG house is located in a quiet residential area where you can find a parking place at any time. In addition, there are two parking spaces right in front of the door – according to the motto: Who comes first parks first. 😄

Shops are nearby: Two supermarkets, a DHL shop and several packing stations are easily accessible on foot. The charming city centre of Schwäbisch Hall is also quickly reached – either by bus (the stop is close to the front door), by car in a few minutes or relax on foot in about 20–25 minutes.

A real highlight is the proximity to nature: right behind the house, fields and meadows begin – perfect for walks, jogging tours or small breaks in the green.

Unser gemütliches WG-Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, in der sich jederzeit ein Parkplatz finden lässt. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei Stellplätze direkt vor der Tür – ganz nach dem Motto: Wer zuerst kommt, parkt zuerst. 😄

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in direkter Nähe: Zwei Supermärkte, ein DHL-Shop sowie mehrere Packstationen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die charmante Innenstadt von Schwäbisch Hall ist schnell erreicht – entweder mit dem Bus (die Haltestelle liegt fast vor der Haustür), mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten oder entspannt zu Fuß in etwa 20–25 Minuten.

Ein echtes Highlight ist die Nähe zur Natur: Gleich hinterm Haus beginnen Felder und Wiesen – perfekt für Spaziergänge, Joggingrunden oder kleine Auszeiten im Grünen.

At the moment we live our beautiful and lovingly furnished home to sixth. It is an old, generous farmhouse that is completely renovated and modernly equipped. On three floors there is plenty of space to stay, relax, work, drink beer and of course also to retreat.

First floor Julia lives and maybe soon you? Here you will also find our well-equipped kitchen, the balcony with access to the garden and the large living and dining room – including our hot-loved tile stove with seating.

The second floor is Lena, Hanna and Mox.
There is another bathroom with large bathtub and an additional toilet.

We are not a purpose-WG, but place value on a loose, peaceful coexistence in which everyone may be as he or she is. You can enjoy your talents and peculiarities – but of course, retreat and privacy are welcome at any time.
Tolerance, friendliness, respect and reliability are important to us!

All residents are employed. We're happy to tell you more about us in a personal conversation.

Our large garden invites you to grill, cherry picks, reading, chills in the hammock or yoga in the morning – and yes, also to the lawn mowing and weeds ;). A workshop is also available for craftsmen.

Another member of our WG is Dobby, our little cat – therefore cat friendliness (and no allergy) is ideal.

We pay attention to a certain basic order and cleanliness, both in the house and in the garden – but with us: many hands, quick end!
It is important to us that everyone is involved and takes responsibility for a harmonious coexistence.

So that we can't lose sight of ourselves in the sometimes stressful everyday working life and discuss everything around the house, garden & Co, we have a mandatory WG meeting once a month.

What you can contribute to our WG: Would you like to introduce yourself and possibly a clothes rack. =D

Momentan bewohnen wir unser schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Zuhause zu sechst. Es handelt sich um ein altes, großzügiges Bauernhaus, das komplett saniert und modern ausgestattet ist. Auf drei Etagen gibt es reichlich Platz zum Verweilen, Entspannen, Werkeln, Bierchen trinken und natürlich auch zum Zurückziehen.

Im 1. Obergeschoss lebt Julia und vielleicht bald du? Hier findest du auch unsere gut ausgestattete Küche, den Balkon mit Zugang zum Garten sowie das große Wohn- und Esszimmer – inklusive unserem heißgeliebten Kachelofen mit Sitzgelegenheit.

Im 2. Obergeschoss wohnen Lena, Hanna und Mox.
Hier gibt es ein weiteres Badezimmer mit großer Badewanne sowie eine zusätzliche Toilette.

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern legen Wert auf ein lockeres, friedliches Miteinander, in dem jede*r so sein darf, wie er oder sie ist. Du darfst dich gerne mit deinen Talenten und Eigenheiten einbringen – aber natürlich ist auch Rückzug und Privatsphäre jederzeit willkommen.
Toleranz, Freundlichkeit, Respekt und Verlässlichkeit sind uns wichtig!

Alle Mitbewohnenden sind Berufstätig. Gerne erzählen wir dir mehr über uns bei einem persönlichen Gespräch.

Unser großer Garten lädt zum Grillen, Kirschenpflücken, Lesen, Chillen in der Hängematte oder Yoga am Morgen ein – und ja, auch zum Rasenmähen und Unkraut jäten ;). Für Bastler*innen steht außerdem eine Werkstatt zur Verfügung.

Ein weiteres Mitglied unserer WG ist Dobby, unser kleiner Kater – deshalb ist Katzenfreundlichkeit (und keine Allergie) ideal.

Wir achten auf eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit, sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten – aber bei uns gilt: Viele Hände, schnelles Ende!
Uns ist wichtig, dass sich jede*r mit einbringt und Verantwortung für ein harmonisches Zusammenleben übernimmt.

Damit wir uns im manchmal stressigen Berufsalltag nicht aus den Augen verlieren und alles rund ums Haus, Garten & Co besprechen können, gibt’s bei uns einmal monatlich ein obligatorisches WG-Treffen.

Was du zu unserer WG beisteuern kannst: Lust dich einzubringen und eventuell einen Wäscheständer. =D
