Bei dem Zimmer (Zimmer 3 ) handelt es sich um einen Drittbezug als Teil einer bestehenden 5er-WG. Das Zimmer wurde im August 2019 neu renoviert und möbliert. Es wird mit einem 1,40m Bett (inklusive Matratze), Kleiderschrank sowie Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl vermietet. Neues Badezimmer (Januar 2021 fertiggestellt), neue Kühl- Gefrierkombination!
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Schwäbisch Hall, nur ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Marktplatz entfernt.
Absolut ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm.
Die WG erstreckt sich über zwei Vollgeschosse in einem 2019 renovierten Altbau. Gemeinsam genutzt werden können ein geräumiges Wohn-/Esszimmer (ca. 25qm), eine abgeschlossene Küche (ca. 12qm) und ein sehr schöner begrünter Innenhof. Im OG eine Dusche mit WC und im EG ein komplett neues Badezimmer mit großer Dusche.
Für die Instandhaltung der gemeinsam genutzten Räume bzw. des Außenbereichs sind alle Mieter gemeinschaftlich verantwortlich.
In einem separaten Abstellraum ist eine Waschmaschine untergebracht.
