Hello there!
I'll be subletting my room from the 2nd of October (an early move-in date can be discussed) until the end of March 2023. It is a well-furnished room with a TV, wardrobe, desk, chair, coat hanger and a queen-size bed (basically everything included in the pictures).
There is 500 Mbit/s internet and the radio tax will be covered as well.
It is right next to Stadtgalerie. With Luitpoldstrasse bus stop within a 2 min walk. You can reach the Hbf in 3 min and Rosmarkt in 3 mins by frequent buses as well. There is a Turkish store, Dominos and a pizzeria right around the corner. Kaufland is just a 5 min walk. It takes about 20 mins to walk to the campus but I don't recommend doing that during the winter.
So far I've been lucky to find super chill roommates in this place and hope you do too! The house is expected to be clean, especially in the common areas!
The total rent is 395 per month including all utilities. The deposit is gonna be 600 euros
