Mitbewohnerin gesucht: Freies Zimmer ab Mitte Juni 🏡✨
Hey du! 😊
In unserer gemütlichen WG wird ab Juni ein Zimmer im 1. OG frei, und wir suchen eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin (am liebsten zwischen 18 und 27 Jahren), die Lust hat, mit uns zusammenzuwohnen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 525Euro.
👥 Zu uns:
• M (30), Ortopädietechniker Meister, wohnt im Erdgeschoss und hat ein eigenes Bad.
• W (20) ist duale Studentin und wohnt ebenfalls im 1. OG – mit ihr würdest du dir das Bad teilen. Ausserdem hab ich zwei Kater, Allergiker wären damit leider raus😅
🏠 Was die WG bietet:
• Gemeinschaftsräume: Küche, Innenhof, Garage
• Kellerräume mit Waschmaschine & Trockner
💡 Was wir uns wünschen:
Wir legen Wert auf eine lockere und angenehme Atmosphäre, also wäre es super, wenn du entspannt und offen bist. Außerdem gehört ein fairer Putzplan (den wir gemeinsam besprechen) für uns dazu – wir erwarten, dass sich alle eigenverantwortlich beteiligen :)
