Großes bereits möbiliertes Zimmer. Das Zimmer befindet sich zwar im Keller des Hauses, durch die Fester ist das Zimmer aber trotzdem immer hell. Das Zimmer kommt möbiliert mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch sowie einem Fernseher und Fernsehsessel.
Die restliche Wohnfläche wird gemeinsam genutzt! Zu dem Zimmer gehört ein Bad zur Alleinnutzung.
Das Wohnzimmer mit ca.30m², nagelneue Einbau-Küche und die große Terrasse, sowie Garten (Südseite) werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Das ganze Haus ist mit allem was man braucht wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, Küche, Spülmaschine etc. ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus wurde 2018 kernsaniert (Böden, Fenster, Türen, usw.).

5 Minuten von der WG befindet die S-Bahn Station. Von dort kommt man innerhalb von 40 Minuten in die Münchner Innenstadt. Das Haus befindet sich im 5 Seen Land und der Pilsensee ist innerhalb wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Da wir alle arbeitstätig sind, sind wir, gerade während dem Tag und unter der Woche, eine ruhige WG. Wir haben ein entspanntes WG Verhältnis und sind allesamt freundlich und weltoffen. Jeder macht einfach sein eigenes Ding :)

Da ich duale Studentin bin, bin ich nur für meine Praxisphase in München. Die restliche Zeit bin ich in Mannheim. Daher ist dieses Zimmer nur vom Zeitraum 01.04 bis 20.06 zu vermieten. Danach beziehe ich das Zimmer wieder selber.
Das Zimmer wäre dann ab Oktober bis ende Dezember wieder frei. Wenn du also auch dualer Student bist und in diesen Zeiten dein Theorie/Praxissemester hast oder in in diesen Zeiten eine Unterkunft brauchst, könnte man sich das Zimmer perfekt teilen.
