Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit insgesamt 160 qm. Wir können 1-2 Zimmern anbieten, mit Bad und Dusche. Die große Wohnküche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung sowie den 2000 qm großen Garten.

Vom Ostkreuz bzw. Lichtenberg kommt man innerhalb einer Stunde zum Bahnhof Seelow-Gusow, von dort aus zu Fuß, ca. 25 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad schneller. Per Auto braucht man vom Alexanderplatz ca. 1 Stunde, B1 oder Autobahn.

Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt fährt auch dreimal täglich ein Bis nach Seelow bzw. Letschin.

Im Dorf Werbig leben ca. 700 Menschen, das Haus liegt an der wenig befahrenen Dorfstraße.

Mein Mann und ich nutzen das Haus unregelmäßig. Wir sind beide beruflich noch sehr aktiv und viel unterwegs. Wir lieben Kunst, Kultur und gutes Essen. Kochen sehr gern, zunehmend vegetarisch. Wir freuen uns über eine Bewohnerin, die aktiv und entspannt ist und Ihr eigenes Ding macht. Und Freude daran hat, gelegentlich gemeinsame zu essen oder ein Glas Wein zu trinken.

Wir wünschen uns eine freundlich-entspannte Mitbewohnerin, die gern auch mal Pflanzen gießt.
