Super schöne, neu renovierte Wohnung ca. 10-15 Minuten zwischen Kiel und Rendsburg.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines zwei Familien Hauses, mit einer weiteren Wohnung im 1. Stock. Das Haus wurde letztes Jahr neu saniert, ink. neuer Heizung, Isolation und Küche. Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 14 m2 gross und die Wohnung selbst hat etwas über 70 m2. Hinzu kommen allerding seperat nochmal ein Keller, Terrasse und ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder, etc.
Es gibt ausserdem einen grossen Garten, der von den Nachbarn gepflegt wird, aber nach belieben mit genutzt werden kann.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit einer wunderbaren, offenherzigen 22 jährigen Agrar Schülerin der Landwirtschaftsschule in RD teilen.
( Die Wohnung ist auf den Bildern zwar unmöbliert, aber ein Grossteil der momentanen Möbel wird wohl da bleiben können. Es brauch also nicht alles neu eingerichtet werden.)
