Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und besitzt ungefähr drei gleich große Räume, von denen zwei als Schlafzimmer und eins als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden. Außerdem ist eine Küche und ein Bad mit jeweils einem Fenster vorhanden.
Eine Kellermitbenutzung ist für Fahrräder vorhanden und eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ebenso.
Du bist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum und in ca 5 Minuten beim nächst gelegenen Supermarkt. Besucht man in Selb eine Schule, ist diese auch in der näheren Umgebung die man einfach zu Fuß erreichen kann. Für jemanden der gerne Sport macht ist die Wohnung sehr zu Empfehlen, da man gleich in der nähe von einer Turnhalle und einem kleinen Waldstück ist.
Da ich ausziehe wird ein Zimmer zur Untermiete frei. Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin ist die Hauptmieterin die noch in der Wohnung lebt. In der WG ist alles entspannt und auch die Vermieter sind super freundlich.
Da ich wie ich schon erwähnt habe meine Mitbewohnerin wohnen bleibt, kannst du dich wenn du an dieser WG bei Interesse bei mir melden.
