Dein Zimmer ist ca. 22m2 groß. Voll möbliert und wurde vor ca. einem Jahr renoviert.
Aktuell sind zwei Betten im Zimmer, das 1,40m Bett gehört nicht zur Grundausstattung, kann aber für einen Abschlag übernommen werden.
Das Zimmer ist durch die vier Fenster sehr hell. Dabei scheint die Sonne vorallem am Morgen sowie am Abend ins Zimmer, sodass es im Sommer trotzdem angenehm kühl bleibt.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Nähe der BTU Senftenberg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto,DM) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 25min zu Fuß entfernt.
Neben deinen Zimmer gibt es eine große Wohnküche, wo es auch zu dem ein oder anderen Spieleabend kommt. Ebenso gibt es den Luxus von zwei Badezimmern.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit drei Mitbewohnern. Das WG Leben ist dabei sehr entspannt.
