Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist etwa 13 qm groß. Das Bett und das hängende Regal bleiben im Zimmer.
Von unserer gemütlichen Wohnküche (ca 17qm) aus kann unsere Hausberg, der Häusling betrachtet werden. In unseren Freundeskreisen wurde diese inoffiziell zur besten WG-Küche gekürt. Dort treffen wir uns, um zu quatschen, zu kochen oder gemütlich zu lesen. Hinzu kommt ein circa 18qm großes Wohnzimmer. Somit hat unsere WG viel gemeinsamen Platz, der für gesellige Runden und kreative Treffe genutzt werden kann, aber trotzdem auch für jede*n einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort bilden kann und soll.
Lobend erwähnen möchten wir außerdem unsere neue Spülmaschine, unsere neue Waschmaschine, das Induktionskochfeld, den Tefal Kontaktgrill und den großen Speicher über der Wohnung (mit Boulderwand ^^). Außerdem wurden alle Fenster in der Wohnung modernisiert und sind daher schalldicht.
On top of it: Es gibt einen Garten! Der ist allerdings so ca. 3*4 Meter groß und nur vom Keller aus zu erreichen. Aber theoretisch sind hier wilde Grill- und Tanzpartys möglich. Allerdings nur mit maximal 5 Personen, alles andere könnte sehr kuschelig werden. Wem das zu klein ist, innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist der Park vor der Martinikirche erreichbar.

Your future room is about 13 square meters. The bed and bookshelf will stay in the room.
From our cozy living room-kitchen (17 sqm) you can look at our local mountain the Häusling. In our circles of friends, this was unofficially chosen as the best WG kitchen. There we meet to chat, to cook or to listen to music.
We would also like to praise our new dishwasher, our new washing machine, the induction hob, the Tefal contact grill and the large attic above the apartment (with boulder wall ^^). In addition, all windows in the apartment were replaced 3 years ago.
In addition, there is a circa 18sqm living room. Thus, our WG has a lot of common space, which can be used for social rounds and creative meetings, but still can and should form a cozy retreat for each*n.
On top of it: There is a garden! However, it is about 3*4 meters in size and can only be reached from the basement. But theoretically wild barbecue and dance parties are possible here. However, only with a maximum of 5 people, everything else could be very cozy. If this is too small for you, within 2 minutes you can reach the park in front of the Martini church.

Besser gehts nicht:
-1 Min zum Unteren Schloss (Uni), wo die meisten Wirtschafts- und Informatiklehrstühle zu finden sind.
-5 Min zum Herrengarten (Uni), wo auch einige Medienwissenschaftsseminare stattfinden.
-5 min zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Löhrtor-Schwimmbad, zur City-Galerie, zu McFit
-2 min bis zu diversen Bushaltestellen (111, 106, UX-Linien, R10) - man ist hier wirklich gut angebunden.
-2 min zu den Bars und Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Und so auch das schöne Siegufer :)

It could not be better:
-1 min to the Lower Castle (Uni), where most of the business and computer science chairs are located.
-5 min to the Herrengarten (Uni), where also some media science seminars take place.
-5 min to shopping facilities and to the Löhrtor swimming pool, to the City-Galerie, to McFit
-2 min to various bus stops (111, 106, UX lines, R10) - you are really well connected here.
-2 min to the bars and nightlife options nearby. And so also the beautiful Siegufer (riverside) :)

Ich könnte so viele schönes Zeug und Momente über uns erzählen, ich machs aber kurz: wir haben tolle Jahre in dieser WG verbracht und wollen dies gerne so weiterführen. Zwar sind nicht mehr alle von uns regelmäßig in Siegen, trotzdem legen wir viel Wert auf ein geselliges Miteinander, Rücksicht mit Ordnung gepaart, ein offenes Ohr - einfach alles, was das Zusammenleben bunt und angenehm macht.
Felix arbeitet an der Uni Siegen und Boris beginnt nun seinen Master.
Dein Zimmer wird flexibel frei zwischen Mitte Dezember und Anfang Januar (deshalb die zwei Anzeigen) falls du schon etwas früher kommen möchtest können wir dir im Wohnzimmer/Möbel auf dem Dachboden gelagert, eine gute Zwischenlösung bieten. Wir haben keinen Stress es schnell zu besetzen, würden aber gerne unsere WG bald wieder vollständig sehen und freuen uns auf Dich.

I could tell so many nice things and moments about us, but I'll keep it short: we have spent great years in this WG and would like to continue this way. Although not all of us are in Siegen on a regular basis anymore, we still attach a lot of importance to a sociable togetherness, consideration paired with order, an open ear - simply everything that makes living together colorful and pleasant.
Felix works at the University of Siegen and Boris starts his Master now.
Your room will be available on a flexible basis between the 18th of December and the beginning of January. We have no stress to occupy it quickly, but would like to see our WG complete again soon and look forward to you.

Die Wohnung ist zentral, groß und günstig (alter Mietvertrag).
Aktuell haben wir eine Putzkraft die uns dabei hilft die Wohnung sauber zu halten. Der Zeitpunkt des Einzugs kann verhandelt werden, Felix hat kein festes Datum.
An alle Tierfreunde, leider erlaubt der Vermieter keine Katzen und Hunde. Katzenvideos gucken wir aber trotzdem (und das mit Leidenschaft).
Zu dem Vermieter haben wir einen guten Kontakt. Es handelt sich um eine professionelle Hausverwaltung mit all ihren Vor- und Nachteilen. Wenn etwas kaputt ist, wird schnell gehandelt. Wer sich aber ein persönliches Gespräch mit dem netten Vermieter von nebenan erhofft, wird leider enttäuscht werden.

To all animal lovers, unfortunately the landlord does not allow cats and dogs. But we watch cat videos anyway (and with passion).
We have a good contact to the landlord. It is a professional property management with all its advantages and disadvantages. If something is broken, they act quickly. But if you are hoping for a personal conversation with the nice landlord next door, you will unfortunately be disappointed.
